Account: name, email address, encrypted password. Sellers: shop name, city, province, WhatsApp number, description and images. Browsing: technical cookies and anonymised statistics.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the platform, display listings, enable contact between users and keep the service secure.

Your WhatsApp number

The number you provide as a seller is shown publicly as a chat link, because that is the heart of the service. Only provide it if you agree to be contacted by buyers.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is shared only with the technical providers required to run the service (hosting, email).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to bonjour@topikos.ca. These rights are exercised under PIPEDA and, in Quebec, under Law 25.
